At Fat Cat Gourmet, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your gourmet items.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect product to help our quality control team verify the claim.
Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refund or Replacement
After we process your request, we will either ship a fresh replacement of your favorite treats or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
